Over the last six months, NaFFSL has embarked on a transformation process with the aim of making the organization a vibrant advocate for smallholder farmers all over Sierra Leone. As the umbrella organization of farmers, NaFFSL represents, coordinates, and supports farmers’ activities to help increase their productivity and enhance household levels of food security. With funding from the Open Society Initiative of West Africa (OSIWA), the organization has revised its constitution, developed a website, drafted a three-year strategic plan and is currently planning for its Annual General Meeting (AGM). This stakeholder consultative meeting is geared towards seeking stakeholder buy-in into the current transformation plans
